Edward Foster
Ed Foster is the Senior Partner of FostersLaw, and heads the Property and Private Client departments. Ed is a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly, which is an organisation specialising in elderly client matters, such as wills, probate, powers of attorney and trusts. Ed is currently undertaking the formal qualification for the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), which is the recognised “benchmark” for lawyers in the field of Private Client work.

Christina Foster
Chris is the firm’s Practice Manager, and co-founded Fosters Law in 2002 with husband Ed. Chris deals with all personnel and administration matters within the firm’s four offices.

James Dillon
James is a Solicitor and Director ("Partner") in the firm, having joined Fosters Law as head of the firm's Family Law department in August 2010. James has many years' experience dealing with all aspects of private family law, including divorce and children matters.
Graham Gregory
Graham is a Solicitor and Director ("Partner") in the firm, with over twenty five years in legal practice acting as a collaborative family lawyer. He has substantial experience in managing a broad range of family matters including divorce, separation, children, domestic violence, finance, cohabitation, child abduction, maintenance and pre or post nuptials. He is a Resolution Accredited Specialist, a Member of the Law Society Family Panel and a Member of the Association of Lawyers For Children.

Paul Miller
Paul is a Solicitor and Director ("Partner") in the firm, having joined Fosters Law in November 2010. Paul is now the head of the firm's new Canterbury office. Paul deals mainly with residential and commercial property matters, dealing with private individuals, companies and property developers.

Jonathan Skilbeck
Jonathan is a Solicitor and Director ("Partner") in the firm, and heads the firm's Dispute Resolution department. Having trained with FostersLaw, he qualified in December 2008. Jonathan deals mainly with Dispute Resolution work for the firm, from debt recovery matters to more complex civil and commercial disputes, including Landlord and Tenant cases. Jonathan also deals with private client matters, from the preparation of simple and more complex wills, to the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates. Jonathan is undertaking the formal qualification for the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), which is the recognised “benchmark” for lawyers in the field of Private Client work.

As the firm's Business Development Manager, Paul takes responsibility for managing the key relationships with both commercial and private clients. He manages the FostersLaw marketing activity and, in particular, is actively involved in developing new client services and ensuring that existing service levels are maintained.

Maria Homewood
Maria is the manager of the firm's New Homes and Retirement Homes departments, and is based at the Broadstairs office. Maria deals with commercial property matters on new residential and Retirement Homes developments, and acts for people who are buying properties from developers and national retirement housebuilders. She has experience in all types of new build and retirement homes cases, including equity release/lifetime mortgages, part exchange sales and shared equity issues.

Amanda Parsons
Amanda is the firm's Accounts Manager, and also the "most likely person to injure him/herself". Amanda is based at the firm's Broadstairs office.
Sandra Bonnici
Sandra is a Conveyancing Executive, and represents people who are buying and selling freehold or leasehold property. She also acts for individuals who buy and sell retirement homes, and provides invaluable support to the firm's specialist Retirement Homes department. Sandra has many years experience in the business, and now works out of the firm's Broadstairs office.

Sally Austin
Sally is a Conveyancing Executive, and deals with residential conveyancing matters, including transfers of equity and remortgage transactions. She is one of the original members of staff at the firm, and has been with Fosters since September 2002!

Elaine Flynn
Elaine joined the firm in October 2010 and is one of the firm's Trainee Solicitors at the Herne Bay office. She previously worked as an advisor for the housing charity, Shelter. Elaine currently undertakes work for clients in the firm's Dispute Resolution, Employment Law and Family Law departments.

Liliana Franco
Lili joined Fosters Law in October 2010 and is one of the firm's Trainee Solicitors at the Herne Bay office. Lili currently undertakes work for clients in the firm's Dispute Resolution, Employment Law and Family Law departments.

Gemma Norman
Gemma joined the firm in March 2007 and now works as Ed Foster's secretary at the Herne Bay office. She previously worked as a legal secretary in Canterbury.

Hazel joined the firm in 2008 from a large local law firm, and is a legal secretary at the Herne Bay office. She deals mainly with residential conveyancing and commercial property, together with private client and landlord and tenant matters.

Michelle is a Case Officer/Administrator at the firm's Broadstairs office, dealing mainly with Retirement Homes matters. Michelle joined the firm in 2007, and is a valued member of the support team.

Shirley joined the firm in July 2009, and works as a Case Officer/Administrator in the Retirement Homes department at Broadstairs. Shirley has many years' experience as a legal secretary, having worked for large local firms.

Amy joined the firm in July 2009, and works as a legal secretary at the Broadstairs office, dealing mainly with residential and commercial conveyancing matters. Amy has successfully completed her Legal Secretarial Diploma at Thanet College.

Laura is the Receptionist at the Herne Bay office, and joined the firm in December 2003. Laura has successfully undergone a formal qualification course in Office Administration.

Beth is an Administrative Assistant, who started with the firm under the Government's apprenticeship scheme in October 2010. Beth is now based at the Herne Bay office.
