Fosters Law was founded in September 2002 by husband and wife duo, Edward and Christina Foster. In wanting to offer an alternative to the often stuffy, restrictive practices of many legal firms, Fosters Law was founded on four core precepts:

As testament to this commitment to clients, from its founding the firm has continued to grow. Having started with one small office in Herne Bay, the firm has now expanded to the extent that it is a leading firm in the local legal sector, with five offices in Kent and one in Lincolnshire. Alongside the high street practice, Fosters Law have also developed specialist legal skills in a number of niche national markets.
